Frozen Beef Tripe for Sale – Premium Brazilian Beef Tripe
If you’ve ordered tripe from more than one supplier, you already know the grading isn’t always the same from one plant to the next. Some batches show up thicker, some thinner, some with more fat left on the edges than they should have. Our frozen beef tripe comes out of S.I.F.-certified plants in Brazil where the grading is done the same way every run, so a distributor placing a repeat order isn’t rolling the dice each time a shipment lands. We supply wholesale meat distributors, ethnic grocery chains, and food processors who buy tripe by the pallet or the container and need it to arrive ready to portion, not ready to be re-sorted.
Tripe comes off the line still attached to fat and membrane that has to be worked off by hand before it’s fit to sell, and that step is where a lot of suppliers cut time to save money. We don’t skip it. Each piece is trimmed, rinsed, and checked before it’s set aside for freezing, and the pieces that don’t meet grade get pulled rather than mixed into a bulk lot. It’s a slower way to run the line, but it’s also why buyers who’ve switched to us tend to stop shopping around.

Why Buyers Choose Us
Repeat buyers usually mention the same thing when we ask why they stuck with us — the tripe looks the same in month six as it did in month one. That consistency comes from keeping the same trim standard across every shift, not just on days someone’s watching. We also don’t hide minimum order requirements behind a sales call; volume pricing and MOQs go out with the first quote so buyers can plan their purchasing without back-and-forth. For distributors juggling multiple protein categories, that kind of straight answer saves time neither side really has.
Common Uses
Wholesale grocery and butcher accounts move a lot of our tripe into retail cases for home cooks making traditional stews, soups, and slow-braised dishes across Latin American, Caribbean, and Southeast Asian kitchens. Restaurant supply distributors buy heavier volumes for menudo, pho, and dim sum kitchens where tripe is a menu staple rather than an occasional item. Some of our buyers are further upstream — smaller processors who purchase raw tripe in bulk and finish the cleaning or cutting themselves to their own house spec. Whichever direction a buyer is headed, the starting product needs to be clean and evenly trimmed, which is the part we control before it ever leaves the plant.
Processing & Quality Control
- Cattle processed at S.I.F.-certified facilities under regular inspection
- Tripe pulled early in the line and separated from other offal cuts
- Manual trimming removes excess fat, membrane, and discoloration
- Rinse cycle clears residue before pieces are staged for freezing
- Frozen shortly after trimming to preserve texture and weight
- Final check for size and grade consistency before packing
Packaging Options
Bulk orders ship in standard 20kg cartons, with bulk bin packaging available for distributors running high-volume accounts. We can also arrange smaller retail-ready packs for buyers supplying grocery chains directly, along with private label options for established accounts.
Storage Instructions
Keep tripe frozen at -18°C or below until it’s needed. After thawing, use within 2 to 3 days and don’t put it back in the freezer once it’s been thawed. Tripe that sits out too long during prep loses texture fast, so it’s best pulled from cold storage only when it’s about to be used.

Export & Logistics
Frozen beef tripe ships by container or pallet to distributors in North America, the Caribbean, and parts of Southeast Asia. Our export desk manages documentation directly, so buyers aren’t stuck waiting on a broker to chase down paperwork before a shipment can clear. For accounts that need compliance certificates on file ahead of time, we can prepare those before loading rather than after.
